BIOGRAPHY:
A Portland native, I’ve been fortunate enough to call Los Angeles home for 15 years. I began photographing shows in college for a local radio station and being from the PNW, I was heavily influenced by 80's and 90's rock, indie and grunge. When I moved to Southern California, I was exposed to an array of eclectic sounds and my passion to capture sonic artists has continued to grow to this day.
I enjoy the hunt for finding the shot, and the idea of “expect the unexpected”during live shows keeps me on my feet and fully engaged. Each second that passes by is a moment in history to be recorded. My pursuit as an artist is to merge my passions of photography & music and share emotional stories by capturing it all as it unfolds.
I continue to shoot film in medium (Fujifilm GA645) and 35mm (Leica M6) formats as well as digital (Sony A7iii).
